Pilot Chemical Company has unveiled its new corporate headquarters in West Chester Township with a ribbon-cutting ceremony attended by company executives and employees as well as local community and business leaders. “We’re honored that local business and community leaders took the time to help us celebrate this next phase in Pilot’s journey,” said Pilot Chemical CEO, Pam Butcher. “We’re excited to be part of the thriving West Chester business community and look forward to accelerating our success with our revitalized corporate strategy.”
The company’s strategy is designed to increase growth and innovation and put a deeper focus on Pilot Chemical’s employees and customers, the company stated. According to Pilot Chemical, it will invest millions in the development and commercialization of new products and technologies over the next four years.
Pilot Chemical moved its headquarters into 36,000 square feet of office space at Centre Pointe III, located at 9075 Centre Pointe Drive in the Centre Pointe Office Park. In its new headquarters, the company occupies the entire fourth floor and a portion of the third floor of the 121,000-square-foot Centre Pointe III building. The space features light-filled, open collaboration spaces; state-of-the-art conference rooms and private offices; a design-forward, sweeping central staircase; and a variety of options for private and group work.
Pilot Chemical is currently renovating its former headquarters space at 2744 E. Kemper Road in Sharonville into a technology center, which is expected to be completed in late 2019.
