Bain Capital Private Equity, BC Partners in Joint Ownership Agreement for Fedrigoni

Investment firms Bain Capital Private Equity and BC Partners have signed a joint ownership agreement for Fedrigoni, a producer of self-adhesive labels and fiber-based packaging products.

Bain Capital acquired Fedrigoni in 2017. Bain Capital says that under its ownership, Fedrigoni has reportedly more than doubled adjusted sales and nearly tripled adjusted EBITDA through a combination of organic growth acceleration and M&A execution.

According to the companies, the new partnership will support Fedrigoni’s management team as they look to build on their record of mergers and acquisitions. The companies say BC Partners’ owner-manager mindset has helped its portfolio companies execute more than 400 add-on transactions during the past decade, which positions it to help Fedrigoni and Bain Capital drive value-creation opportunities.
