Burgess Pigment Co. has expanded the distribution territory of JNS-SmithChem to include Pennsylvania, Delaware, Maryland, and New York State (except Buffalo) for its kaolin-based pigments, effective Jan. 1, 2019.
The Burgess Pigments kaolins are used for a variety of applications, including paints and coatings, inks, sealants and adhesives, concrete, cement, plastics, and rubber. “This is a perfect fit for the markets we serve,” said Robert Whiteley, executive vice president, JNS-Smithchem. “We have a full line of minerals, and kaolin is an important part of the mix of products we offer our customers.”
