Gabriel Performance Products (“Gabriel”) has announced the acquisition of a select portfolio of alkyd resins from Deltech Resins Company (“Deltech”). Gabriel has purchased coconut, vinyl-toluene, and silicon modified specialty solutions and has stated that it will produce these products in its Harrison City, Pa. facility.
The Gabriel sales team will work with customers to ensure a smooth transition, the company stated. The transaction marks Gabriel’s sixth acquisition since 2014 and, according to the company, builds on its focus of growing its proprietary product portfolio serving the CASE end markets.
