TSRC, a manufacturer of synthetic rubber and styrenic block copolymer, announced that it is changing the legal name and entity of its U.S. subsidiary. Effective immediately and to be implemented in the second quarter of 2021, Dexco Polymers L.P. is TSRC Specialty Materials LLC, a Texas limited liability company. According to TSRC, the name change reflects the company’s global presence and streamlines name recognition in its future business activities.
“The new name of our US subsidiary—TSRC Specialty Materials—reinforces our business objective and customer value proposition as a global specialty chemical materials and solutions provider,” said Joseph Chai, CEO of TSRC Corporation.
